Receiving once a week check ins with Head Coach Abbie Cummings, you will receive detailed feedback each week on the progression being made. As well as setting a guided and accountable plan for the week forthcoming.
This type of training allows you to increase independent training confidence, enhances knowledge of nutrition and long term changes.

Taking part in football, netball, badminton, trampolining, basketball, athletics throughout school, it was a natural transition setting up a long term career within fitness. My main area of passion derived from 10 years competitive gymnastics.
