Service Description

Routed in principles from both Hatha & Vinyasa practice, this session is centred around yoga principles but also building strength and stamina. Expect week-on-week the class to alter between Halta (posture based endurance work) and Vinyasa flow (connecting sequences, linking breathing to the different motions of your body). Alongside all of the physical and mental benefits of Yoga practive, expect to burn some calories too! You will sink into the closing relaxation all the better. Options and modifications can be provided so you can take this class at your own pace.
